Member opens the GoTrain app on their phone, presents QR code to the terminal or barrier. System checks membership status in real-time. Active → opens. Expired → doesn't. No reception in the loop.

Locker

Ista aplikacija kojom je ušao u objekt — otvara i ormarić. Nema ključeva, nema gubitaka, nema krađa. Kad član ode, ormarić se automatski oslobađa za sljedećeg. Master pristup za osoblje.

Same app used to enter the facility — unlocks the locker. No keys, no losses, no theft. When member leaves, locker auto-releases for the next person. Master access for staff.

Billing and comms

Online plaćanje teče kroz aplikaciju automatski. Obavijesti o isteku, ponude za produženje, ankete — bez ičijeg angažmana. Recepcionar je slobodan za razgovor s članom, upselling, kvalitetu usluge.

Online billing runs through the app automatically. Expiration notices, renewal offers, surveys — without anyone's involvement. Receptionist is free for member conversations, upselling, service quality.
